The Hurley Library will hold its annual trustee election and budget approval vote on Thursday, October 21, 2021, between the hours of 4 pm and 7 pm.  Voting will take place at the Hurley Library, 48 MAIN Street, in Hurley.  Absentee ballots are available at the library.

All registered voters in the Hurley districts 2,4,6 and 8 are eligible to vote.

Five candidates, Diana Cline, Ashley Davidock, Susan Dugan, Jennifer Meyer, and Charlene Roy-Cornelison are running for election to four-year terms.

A tax levy of $203,796 is up for approval. This represents an increase of 10% to cover updated technology, increased programs, new materials, and minimum wage increases.  This increase will amount to an estimated increase of $11.49 per year based on a home assessed at $200,000.
